Stay away !! complete let down of a company and shocking !! currently about 2 months in to not receiving an order of over £200 there has been a joke of back and forth emails trying to pass this on to the delivery company who this no longer involves . I then had to chase again to which there reply was we are not sending the order or refunding. Excuse me I have not received what I ordered !!! I will be attempting one more time as iv been advised to and then I will be taking further as it also seems to me from the other reviews they are doing this to a lot of a customers to which makes me very angry as it’s not cheap and not fair on families that have to pay out more especially this time of the year. iv already taken advise I know I have grounds so I will what ever the cost because they are just totally cheeky and I advise the people below to as well
Nike store in Hamburg. Really a poor experience. Totally unengaged staff providing NO service at all. The employees clearly signaled that we customers were actually disturbing them quite a lot while they were hanging out and chatting with each other. They didn’t have the shoe models in stock that they had on display. And you have to wait five minutes just to get the shoes you want to try on. We tried twice, and both times they said the shoes were in stock, but it turned out they didn’t have them. Even though when we ordered, they said they could see the shoes were there. This store is not under control. Stay away. They make it easy to boycott products from the USA :-)

I recently ordered from Nike.de, and they sent the items using DPD services. The items were never delivered to me, while on the DPD tracking website, it stated that they were delivered successfully to me (I was at home all the time). When I communicated this to DPD, they told me to contact the sender which is Nike to open an inquiry. When I communicated it to Nike.de multiple times, they performed their investigation and concluded that they wouldn't refund me because I received the package. Now Nike customer service has even stopped receiving my calls. I am filing disputes with Klarna and to get my money back. Be very careful when ordering online from them.

I sent back two pairs of shoes to Nike in December 2023. I've made countless phone calls, more than 50 useless chat conversations, and they still haven't reimbursed me. They give ridiculous replies in the chat and what they're doing is simply illegal. I'll never buy Nike shoes again. Never again.
I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, the product arrived in a torn box. Well, this happens, but when I opened the package, I got a shock! instead of 2 pairs of sneakers, they sent me 3 worn sneakers. I soon took photos. I wrote to Nike technical support about the phone, as usual, they don't answer. Nike wrote back that I "sorry for them" and I need to send these shoes back. I don't I argued, I did everything as they said. On May 3, I sent the shoes. There was some technical error in DHL and it does not show the status of the parcel, the post office confirmed that the parcel is already in the Nike warehouse. I wrote to Nike support again, one of the consultants confirmed that the package is already in the warehouse, but he finished the blog, I wrote again to Tech. Nike support. I did not expect such an answerthey wrote that my animal is not in stock. They do not answer all other questions and immediately close the chat. This is how I lost 190 euros and 3 worn sneakers
As many customer here. My shipment was never delivered to me. Acording to dpd was delivered. When I talk to Nike they refused to refund the money and I need to pay for items I never received. Their explanation is dpd said u got the package that means you got the package. Despite there is no actually signature or anything that states that it is proof that it is delivered to me!This is a joke and on top of that customer agent said, you dont need to bother to call we have your money, so if you want you can take legal actions we dont care even if you never buy with us.This is despicable that braking the customer rights who is not responsible for shipment till he received it. And instead of solving this with shipping company they would rather loose customers. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! THIS IS FOR NEWSPAPERS!
