I made an order with Nike.de, and they sent the items using DPD services. The items were never delivered to me, while on the DPD tracking website, it stated that they were delivered successfully to me (I was at work). When I communicated this to DPD, they agreed that they had lost the package. When I communicated it to Nike.de multiple times, they performed their investigation and concluded that they wouldn't refund me because I received the packages. I am filing disputes with the bank and customer rights agencies to get my money back. Be very careful when ordering online from them.
