I really liked Nike in Germany. They are quite fast, and refreshingly nice for the German standards. The following happened to me. By accident, I have sent New Balance shoes to them. They were in a Nike box. I have contacted Nike and they have located my shoes and promised to send them back in 3 working days. Next day, I have received an mail from Nike stating that they do not know where my shoes are and that I should send them the receipt and they will repay. The repay option was a voucher at Nike. I said no to that, I want my money back. We are talking about 140 euros worth of money. After a few days, someone called me from Nike and asked to confirm my bank account and informed me that I will receive my money after 5 working days. The standard for Germany. And here we are, I am writing this review because I didn't receive any money. I have sent a few emails and called a few times. In one of those calls, I was informed that my request has to be approved at a few levels. Whatever that means. Extremely unprofessional. I expected more from them. And we are talking about 140 euros here! And all would be fine if they didn't lose my shoes!
