However, I've faced ongoing issues receiving the refund email. I provided a different email address, yet the team still can't send it. After calling two days in a row, I was told it might take 'a few more days' to resolve this. It's hard to understand why this is so complicated. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and confirmation once the refund is processed.
