Terrible online ordering experience.

Online Order Trouble

I placed an order online and received a notice stating that there was a 'PACKAGE HAD AN EXCEPTION' a few days later. There was no delivery and no further information provided. Trying to figure out what happened has turned into a frustrating ordeal. This will be my first and last time purchasing from this outlet.

Misleading Cyber Monday Discounts

The Cyber Monday discounts were advertised as 50% off, but once I added the items to my basket, the discount dropped to 25%. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned it was a 'glitch' and that Cyber Monday is on December 1st. It's still December 1st at 9 PM!

Extremely Poor Customer Service

If it were possible, I would rate this experience with 0 stars. The customer service has been appalling. I'm still waiting for a delivery that has not arrived. I had to follow up multiple times and I'm still awaiting a refund two weeks later.

Delivery Dates Are Unreliable

I was told to expect delivery by August 21st when I was finalizing my payment. That's why I placed the order! It didn't arrive on the 21st or even the 22nd. I needed it for the weekend. Don't promise delivery times you can't meet. Disappointed teen and frustrated parent.

Frustrating Return Process

I recently returned a pair of faulty runners, and the return process has been incredibly frustrating. My initial two calls to customer service lasted over 1.5 hours, during which I was told to send the shoes back. After inspection, they confirmed the fault and offered a gift card refund. However, I've faced ongoing issues receiving the refund email. I provided a different email address, yet the team still can't send it. After calling two days in a row, I was told it might take 'a few more days' to resolve this. It's hard to understand why this is so complicated. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and confirmation once the refund is processed.

Struggling to Get a Refund

I've been trying to get a refund for three pairs of shoes I returned, but I can't reach anyone who can help. The customer service on the phone is ineffective. I have received no information about my issue, no names when requested, no ticket number, and no follow-up email. It's a complete disaster. I have no idea how to get in touch with someone who can offer real assistance. I will not shop online with them again.

Long-Standing Issue with Defective Shoes

My issue started in September 2024 with a pair of shoes purchased in April 2024 from another store. Despite normal daily use, they developed a tear. I sent them back as requested in September 2024 but have yet to receive a refund or resolution. I've contacted the company multiple times and was told I'd receive a gift card within 24 hours, but it’s been over two weeks with no response. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.

Quality Issues with Runners

I purchased a pair of runners and the back snapped, tearing the material when I tried to put my foot in. I've only had them for a few weeks. This has also occurred with other runners I've bought from this brand in the past few years. While it may be due to sustainable materials, the overall quality seems to have declined. I wouldn't recommend these runners, as older models have lasted much longer.

Terrible Shopping Experience

I wish I could rate this experience with a minus one star. I ordered a pair of shoes 12 days ago, and they were never dispatched. I've spent days trying to get answers from customer service about their whereabouts and to obtain a refund. I still haven't received my money back. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never shop with them again.
