Trying to figure out what happened has turned into a frustrating ordeal. This will be my first and last time purchasing from this outlet.
The Cyber Monday discounts were advertised as 50% off, but once I added the items to my basket, the discount dropped to 25%. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned it was a 'glitch' and that Cyber Monday is on December 1st. It's still December 1st at 9 PM!
If it were possible, I would rate this experience with 0 stars. The customer service has been appalling. I'm still waiting for a delivery that has not arrived. I had to follow up multiple times and I'm still awaiting a refund two weeks later.
I was told to expect delivery by August 21st when I was finalizing my payment. That's why I placed the order! It didn't arrive on the 21st or even the 22nd. I needed it for the weekend. Don't promise delivery times you can't meet. Disappointed teen and frustrated parent.

After calling two days in a row, I was told it might take 'a few more days' to resolve this. It's hard to understand why this is so complicated. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and confirmation once the refund is processed.

This experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.
I purchased a pair of runners and the back snapped, tearing the material when I tried to put my foot in. I've only had them for a few weeks. This has also occurred with other runners I've bought from this brand in the past few years. While it may be due to sustainable materials, the overall quality seems to have declined. I wouldn't recommend these runners, as older models have lasted much longer.
