My issue started in September 2024 with a pair of shoes purchased in April 2024 from another store. Despite normal daily use, they developed a tear. I sent them back as requested in September 2024 but have yet to receive a refund or resolution. I've contacted the company multiple times and was told I'd receive a gift card within 24 hours, but it’s been over two weeks with no response. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.
