I have contacted Nike customer support on a pair of defective vaporflys that the zoom x foam is splitting wear the carbon plate is located, these vaporflys were only 3months old, never washed, only used for a few road races. I was told that the only thing they could do is give me a refund on the purchase price which they were on sale at the time.so if I take the refund I will have to pay another 100e for a new pair of vaporflys they won't honor there warranty as this states covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years. The customer service person has told me that the refund is my only option here which I don't think is fair when the product is obviously defective
