I bought a product in-store that lost its shape after two washes. After finally getting someone on the phone, I sent the item back, but I haven't received any response since. I can't reach them by phone or email, and they haven't acknowledged receipt despite having proof of delivery. I've contacted their head office, but they were equally unhelpful. This location cannot be trusted. Next time, I will negotiate in-store.
