I ordered trainers for nearly £200 on December 8th, expecting them to arrive in time for Christmas. There have been no delivery updates or tracking information. When I contacted customer support, they mentioned they would escalate the issue. Now, 11 days later, they claim a replacement will be sent in 3-5 days. Two more days have passed, and still no updates. With Christmas just 6 days away, I have no trainers for my son and I'm out £200. Absolutely unacceptable!
