The service was the worst I have ever encountered. My parcel was stolen during transit. When I called for assistance, I was informed that an investigation would take two weeks. During my first call, I was told I was 'wasting their time.' I was promised a call back from a manager within 48 hours, which never happened. Each time I called back, I was given the same false promises. The helpline staff were unhelpful and dismissive, treating my concerns as trivial. Given the profits this company makes, I expected a much higher standard of service. Thankfully, my bank is handling a chargeback since the company showed no concern for resolving the issue.
