There needs to be zero stars with these companies, as it looks like there feedback score is 1.5 stars when NIKE should show -1.5 stars.

Ordered a pair of trainers for a christmas present, they are now using Royal Mail instead of DPD for deliveries something about being busy, and the picture shows that an expensive pair of trainers were left at the door according to the tracking details, no delivery updates or even a redelivery card was left.

Called NIKE who said they needed 8 days to investigate as no item was received, I called back after 10 days as still no update to be told they needed more time so I said raise a second complaint this time for wasting my time and the advisor refused, so I said now raise a third complaint about yourself again he refused, so I said escalate the call to your manager he refused and hung up on me.

So I called back asked again to speak to a manager and was told one would phone me within 2 hours, I said yeah were see and yep we all guessed correctly no call from a manager. So I have just raised a chargeback with my bank and within 5 minutes the full purchase price was in my account while HSBC look into these jokers.

Received only one pair of trainers instead of two.

I ordered two pairs of trainers, but only one arrived. I'm trying to dispute this, but the company insists they were delivered and refuses to provide a refund! Their customer service is extremely poor. It appears that many other customers are facing the same problem, so this should definitely be looked into! I advise against purchasing from them!

Damaged package and missing item

I ordered a pair of shoes and a t-shirt online, and they arrived today with one side of the box damaged. Upon opening it, I found that one item was missing. I contacted the support team and received an email stating that the package had been delivered, but unfortunately, I still did not receive one item.

The service I received was extremely disappointing...

The service was the worst I have ever encountered. My parcel was stolen during transit. When I called for assistance, I was informed that an investigation would take two weeks. During my first call, I was told I was 'wasting their time.' I was promised a call back from a manager within 48 hours, which never happened. Each time I called back, I was given the same false promises. The helpline staff were unhelpful and dismissive, treating my concerns as trivial. Given the profits this company makes, I expected a much higher standard of service. Thankfully, my bank is handling a chargeback since the company showed no concern for resolving the issue.

Missing socks from my order

I ordered trainers and socks. After receiving my parcel, I reached out to customer support about the missing socks. The box was intact, so the mistake was clearly on their end.
