Purchased shoes a week ago. Was given a tracking number on 9/10/2021 estimated delivery 9/13. It’s 9/14 now and FedEx still doesn’t have the shoes. Chat rep lied to get me off chat claiming a replacement would be sent immediately if they didn’t arrive today. Chatted again and was told to wait two more weeks. This is the service they give their customers? Unacceptable.
