Unacceptable customer service

I’m sharing this review based on my sister's experience. She returned a few pairs of trainers, but the most expensive pair was supposedly missing. Despite her being a regular customer, the company claimed the box was empty. I was shocked to see such a low rating for such a large company. They have now blocked my sister's email and refuse to address the issue. This is very disappointing, especially for those who save up for their purchases.

Frustrating return policy

Do not trust this company

Terrible experience
