Horrible customer service online store. I bought shoes. On the day I got them I noticed they were the wrong size. I printed out a return label for the shoes. It was supposed to be free return label. I get to the UPS store they informed me its a $26 return fee. Since I'm disabled and rarely leave my home I wasn't about to drive home and drive back. I took 10 min to try to get ahold of Nike online but it kept[t ringing. i paid the fee thinking Nike would reimburse me. Nope, I called several times, got lied to , insulted, the run around. 2 years later nothing. Never shop online Nike store again.
