The service was extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver my order entirely. After reaching out, I finally received an old bouquet of wilted roses, which is unacceptable. I can only imagine how the recipient felt receiving such a poor arrangement. They charged me an extra fee for timely delivery, but it didn't arrive until late afternoon. I've requested an immediate refund for the extra charge since they did not adhere to the delivery time. This platform is unreliable... I will not order from here again. Please avoid making the same mistake.
