Terrible service with no delivery.

The service was extremely poor. They failed to deliver my order at all. After calling them, I finally received an old bouquet of wilting roses, which is embarrassing to send. I'm sure the recipient felt disappointed receiving such a bouquet. They charged me an additional fee for delivery at a specific time, but it wasn't delivered until late afternoon. I've requested an immediate refund for the extra charge since they didn't meet the promised timing. This platform is unreliable... I won't order from here again. Avoid making the same mistake.

Disappointing delivery experience.

I ordered a bouquet online and specified that it should be delivered by a certain time. They confirmed, and I made the payment along with a request for customization. Scam and deceitful practices.

This service is deceptive and untrustworthy. They falsely advertise free shipping and express delivery. Paid for delivery but no flowers received.
