I caught the top glass screen on my Z8 and cracked it.I went through the procedure to send the camera back to Nikon. Once that was done, I printed off the address form and completed the on line questions about what I was including in the box. I took the camera to a drop off Ups point and off it went. You then get a link so you can watch the progress of the repair. Just over a week and I had my camera back. Payment was easy (although I rang then the do this). Such an amazing service. Highly recommend. You can always ring someone if you have any questions. Excellent service.
