After damaging my Nikon binoculars, I sent them to the Nikon Repair Centre for repair. It was the best customer service I think I have ever come across.From providing the packaging label to the return of repaired binoculars. Every few days a short update to advise at what point in the repair process my item had reached, transport, assessment, quote, repair progress, invoice, return...and superb repair. Packaging of returned item was both amazingly thorough - and all bio-degradable!Awesome.
