I sent my camera and lens for repair and needed it back in time for a wedding several weeks later. I called up to let them know this, and a gentleman called Fraser followed my case all the way through the process, calling me at key milestones, such as payment for the invoice, to help minimise the delay in getting my equipment back in time for when I needed it. I have no doubt that Fraser's colleagues would have done the same, and can wholeheartedly recommend Nikon for their exceptional dedication to the customer experience.
