I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I’ve been waiting far too long for an item that was advertised and shipped as Royal Mail Tracked 24, yet there has been no delivery and no Royal Mail scan to confirm that the parcel was ever received by Royal Mail.I placed the order on Sunday morning and initially had a payment issue. I contacted the company through both their portal and email and was told the issue had been resolved 24 hours later.Two days after that, I sent a follow-up asking for a tracking number and an update. I eventually received a tracking number, but was then told the parcel had been sent out on Monday.Today is Thursday, and the tracking still shows “We’re expecting it”, with no Royal Mail scan at all. Even allowing for delays of 24 hours, this is not acceptable for a service sold as Tracked 24.Overall, the communication has been poor, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase for basic information. This level of service is extremely disappointing for a first-time order.I will update this review if I receive my order. However, based on the lack of tracking movement, the repeated delays, and what I’ve seen from other recent reviews, I’ve honestly come to the conclusion that something isn’t right here.It feels like only some orders are actually being sent out, possibly just enough to keep a bit of reputation going, while others are left waiting with no real proof that anything was ever posted.I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, but the whole experience so far has been very disappointing.
