I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I’ve been waiting far too long for an item that was advertised and shipped as Royal Mail Tracked 24, yet there has been no delivery and no Royal Mail scan to confirm that the parcel was ever received by Royal Mail.

I placed the order on Sunday morning and initially had a payment issue. I contacted the company through both their portal and email and was told the issue had been resolved 24 hours later.

Two days after that, I sent a follow-up asking for a tracking number and an update. I eventually received a tracking number, but was then told the parcel had been sent out on Monday.

Today is Thursday, and the tracking still shows “We’re expecting it”, with no Royal Mail scan at all. Even allowing for delays of 24 hours, this is not acceptable for a service sold as Tracked 24.

Overall, the communication has been poor, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase for basic information. This level of service is extremely disappointing for a first-time order.

I will update this review if I receive my order. However, based on the lack of tracking movement, the repeated delays, and what I’ve seen from other recent reviews, I’ve honestly come to the conclusion that something isn’t right here.

It feels like only some orders are actually being sent out, possibly just enough to keep a bit of reputation going, while others are left waiting with no real proof that anything was ever posted.

I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, but the whole experience so far has been very disappointing.

I ordered it and it arrived today

I ordered it and it arrived today, so far it has barely got me high, i took about 10 big puffs and i wasn't too high, i know this is a different batch that's why its so cheap so i cant really complain too much, it looks nice tho. I wouldn't recommend this discounted worse batch.

Didnt realise how low quallity this stuff is until i tried other sites, products must be ancient or just cbd, will be leaving a review for all my orders

Multiple purchases, all ok now. Pretty much next day delivery every time. I've been buying bud, intend to give their edibles a try but can't vouch for them at present.

Customer Service is ON POINT

I made a mistake on my end with the payment, and all I needed to do was send a email and the whole issue was resolved by the support team almost immediately. Very kind and helpful staff and very trustworthy. I highly recommend this site.

Don't use. Honestly it's pony. Nothing turns up. Sending your money another person's private bank account clearly a scam. Your mad if you fall for this. 🤪 I have purposely ordered to prove it never shows up. . Absolute madness . Azif
