The case quality is good, but the glass protector is very subpar and the customer service is the worst I have experienced. I purchased a case and glass protector for my device. The case is great, but the included pen is not functional. The glass protector was impossible to apply despite following the instructions; I have installed many protectors before, but this one was the worst. There were no tools provided for assistance. I ended up discarding it. I reached out to customer support but received no response. I'm unsure of what to do next.
