The case quality is impressive, but the glass protector is of very poor quality, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased a case cover and a glass protector for my device.
1. The case cover is outstanding, but the included pen is quite disappointing.
2. The glass protector is extremely frustrating; despite following the instructions, I couldn't apply it successfully. I've installed many glass protectors before, but this one was the worst, and there were no tools provided to assist. I ended up discarding it.
3. I reached out to the support team via email, but I have not received any response. I'm unsure of what to do next.

Regarding order NK62316, it has been 7 business days with no response to my emails. I'm checking out of my accommodation today, and the items just arrived in the UK. There's no option to change the delivery address or to contact anyone. I am requesting a full refund but have received no reply. DO NOT USE!
Products are shipped from a distant location. I bought a product that was supposed to magnetically attach to surfaces, but it does not work at all; my phone just slips off. I reached out for a return and sent three emails over a week without any response. This feels like a scam.
I got a damaged screen protector and the customer support declined to send a replacement. Thankfully, I was reimbursed through buyer protection. I won't be purchasing from this company again and strongly recommend others to steer clear as well.
I should have checked the reviews first. I placed my order on November 7 and received a shipping email the next day with a tracking number from an unfamiliar company. A week later, there was no tracking update. My emails to customer service went unanswered, so I disputed the charge with my credit card and have already received my money back.
The customer service is terrible, and the product quality is poor. The case buttons do not align with the phone buttons, making it unusable. Customer service kept offering me a discount or expected me to pay for return shipping to a distant location. This company should be avoided.
