I initially ordered the wrong letter necklace, but I got in touch with Nimah’s customer service and Emad was exceptional in helping me exchange it for the correct one. I mentioned that I was flying out in a few days, and he made sure to have the new necklace sent to me before my trip, which was incredibly helpful.
