Ordered quite a few pieces of jewellery on 28th November and still have not received my order with the Royal Mail tracking constantly saying they are waiting to receive the parcel. Really really disappointed as Nimah had been recommended by a friend. These are Christmas gifts that I’m now concerned I will not get. Do not use. Scam.
I placed an order for a Arabic letter necklace and bracelet. I realised straight after I ordered incorrect letter. I contacted customer service there was no reply. I sent numerous emails then someone replied back name 'Cathy' and she said she will get back to me and I heard nothing since. Its been nearly 3 weeks I placed the order. I have received the item but not what I wanted. Customer service is absolutely useless. I waited all this time because they have not rectified hence why I am giving 1 star. Its a shame, they need to improve on their service. Will not be shopping again. In the past i purchased quite few items from them. Will not be using them again. Very DISSAPOINTED!
I initially ordered the wrong letter necklace, but I got in touch with Nimah’s customer service and Emad was exceptional in helping me exchange it for the correct one. I mentioned that I was flying out in a few days, and he made sure to have the new necklace sent to me before my trip, which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend shopping with Nimah!I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Emad for being extremely helpful :)
Sadly all went well until I needed support from customer service. The piece I ordered was delivered to the wrong address, thats on Royal Mail. I’m very dissatisfied with the fact I have written two emails to get this resolved and I have not had a single reply to get this in motion. Not very impressed.
