Support has been quite challenging

We ordered 4 chairs on November 25th, and they arrived on December 1st. Unfortunately, one had a broken leg. We filed a complaint immediately but haven't received any updates yet. The quality of the other chairs is excellent, but contacting the support team has been very challenging—AI bots and a non-functional phone line add to the frustration. If you see this review, could you please inform me when I can expect the replacement leg? Thank you!
