We ordered four chairs on November 25th, and they were delivered on December 1st. Unfortunately, one arrived with a broken leg. We submitted a complaint immediately, but have yet to receive any response. The quality of the other chairs is excellent, but contacting the support team has proven to be quite challenging—AI bots and an ineffective phone line have made it frustrating. If someone sees this review, could you please inform me about the status of the replacement leg? Thank you!
Customer service is lacking! I've been waiting for days for any update on my order and have no idea if I'm just waiting for nothing. I've tried emailing multiple times with no response. Even attempting to cancel the order has proven impossible.

I ordered a dining table on November 17th, and the product page indicated it was in stock with delivery promised in 5-8 weekdays. After a week, I emailed for an update since the order status was still just 'Confirmed.' I received an AI response stating the order was unfulfilled and would be sent once fulfilled, yet there was no indication of this on the website. I then requested to cancel my order, but again received an AI response stating the cancellation attempt was unsuccessful and that my request would be forwarded to a human agent—still no reply after 3 days. The phone numbers listed on the website are not operational, and my messages on WhatsApp were not sent. This appears to be a scam website; I strongly recommend staying away. I want my order cancelled.
Disappointingly, I've received more empty promises this week! Customer service has been assuring me that missing spare parts would be sent over the past 3 weeks, but nothing has arrived. I'm really fed up with this company. I advise against making a purchase here; consider spending your money elsewhere.
