We ordered four chairs on November 25th, and they were delivered on December 1st. Unfortunately, one arrived with a broken leg. We submitted a complaint immediately, but have yet to receive any response. The quality of the other chairs is excellent, but contacting the support team has proven to be quite challenging—AI bots and an ineffective phone line have made it frustrating. If someone sees this review, could you please inform me about the status of the replacement leg? Thank you!
