My experience aligns closely with other recent one-star reviews. The company advertised a herbal supplement for sale that they ultimately did not have, yet they charged me 235 NIS regardless, claiming on November 30th that it was being prepared for shipment. A week later, on December 7th, they informed me it was out of stock and suggested an unrelated supplement instead. After I declined, they offered 120% store credit or a refund on December 10th. I requested a refund, but instead of processing it, I received another generic message on December 12th stating my order was being processed, similar to the initial confirmation I got two weeks before. It seems they have no intention of refunding my money or delivering the product. Surprisingly, every time I checked, the same out-of-stock supplement was still listed as available for purchase, even after they admitted they couldn't provide it. This indicates they're knowingly taking payments for items they cannot fulfill, and in my case, not returning my funds. This company seemed reliable in the past, which makes this situation puzzling. Whatever the reason, it appears to obstruct their ability to issue refunds or source products they don't have in stock. Clearly, I will not be ordering from this company again.
