On the 30th of November 2025, I placed an order for a pulse oximeter from the company. Their advertisement indicated that delivery would occur within 3 weeks, which is already a considerable wait for such an item. I received order confirmation the following day, December 1st. However, it took 13 days before I got an SMS notifying me that my order was finally shipped on December 12th. The message included a tracking ID and identified the shipping company, which I later found out is notorious for poor service. Now, 45 days later, I still have no updates on my delivery! The tracking website and customer service bot are the worst I've encountered, and the bot's claims about connecting me to a human were misleading. When I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, I was told that the responsibility lies with the shipping provider, not them. They expressed sympathy for the delay but failed to apologize for taking nearly 2 weeks to hand it over to the shipping company. They mentioned they would look into the delay, which could take another week! Additionally, their email included a suggestion to rate my experience with an emoji, which led to a blocked website due to potential security risks. How can they improve?

I opted for the refund, but instead of processing it, I received another generic message on December 12th stating my order was being processed, just like the initial confirmation I got two weeks earlier. It seems they have no intention of either refunding my money or delivering the product. Surprisingly, each time I checked, the same out-of-stock supplement has still appeared as available for purchase, even after they acknowledged they couldn't provide it. This suggests they're knowingly taking payments for items they cannot fulfill, and in my case, failing to return my funds. Historically, this company seemed trustworthy, so I’m baffled by this change. Whatever the reason, it appears to hinder their ability to issue refunds or acquire products they don't have in stock. Clearly, I will not be ordering from this company again.

This company misleads customers in a legal manner. They sold me a dental floss product that is typically 40m, but they only provided a 4m pack. I assumed it would be cheaper than other platforms due to local shipping, but it turned out to be more expensive. My reservation ID is from this company and it has shipped.

I originally considered ordering from another platform but decided on this company instead due to tax concerns. Now I regret that decision and will not order from them again.
