On October 11, 2025, I placed an order with the company. According to my bank, the amount of 292.99 ILS was withdrawn the same day. The next day, I received a confirmation, but on October 13, they informed me that the product was out of stock and suggested an alternative. I requested a refund. They offered either a 100% refund or a 120% voucher. I opted for the full refund. Later that day, I received another email stating that since the product was now in stock, the refund request was not approved. Since then, I've received no updates, no tracking number, nothing. I originally considered ordering from another platform but decided on this company instead due to tax concerns. Now I regret that decision and will not order from them again.
