I am grateful for the company having the vitamins I need, which are unavailable in my area. However, the package listed the value as $27 and I paid something along the lines of $102. I know I need to pay more for importing something, but this seems extreme. Also, because the company was listed as .co.il, I mistakenly thought that it was an Israeli company IN ISRAEL. Meaning that there would be no need for importing the goods. This was not clear that it was not the case. Also, there was a bit of a rigamarole in knowing that my package had actually arrived. There was a bit of an email back and forth, which, in the end, was helpful, and had it not been for the email exchange, I would not have known that my package was sitting in the post office. However, it was a bit of a stress. So even though they were responsible and I did get vitamins that would otherwise be unavailable, I don't plan to order from this company again unless I am desperate. It's just too expensive and not worth the stress.
