My experience closely mirrors other recent one-star reviews. The company advertised a herbal supplement that they ultimately did not possess, yet they charged me 235 NIS anyway, claiming on November 30th that it was being prepared for shipment. A week later, they informed me it was out of stock and suggested an unrelated supplement instead. When I declined, they offered 120% store credit or a refund on December 10th. I opted for the refund, but instead of processing it, I received another generic message on December 12th stating my order was being processed, just like the initial confirmation I got two weeks earlier. It seems they have no intention of either refunding my money or delivering the product. Surprisingly, each time I checked, the same out-of-stock supplement has still appeared as available for purchase, even after they acknowledged they couldn't provide it. This suggests they're knowingly taking payments for items they cannot fulfill, and in my case, failing to return my funds. Historically, this company seemed trustworthy, so I’m baffled by this change. Whatever the reason, it appears to hinder their ability to issue refunds or acquire products they don't have in stock. Clearly, I will not be ordering from this company again.
