I recently ordered Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (8g packets x 30) from Denmark from their local domain (ninelife.dk), where it seemed to be available. It took a month to arrive (they may have said so at the webpage, I don't remember, unfortunately). When it did, I had to pay taxes at the post office. On contacting customer service, I was told that the item had been sent from the US, as it was not available locally. I was promptly reimbursed the amount I paid for customs and customer service was excellent.
