My mum thought she ordered 2 pieces of Bioniq toothpaste from a Danish website. She payed 368,- Danish Kr.!!!!Now she has to pay another 165,95 for custom to receive it, and I can see from her mail that it is only 1 piece of toothpaste she ordered - 533,95 kroner????

Unsure of where this business is based

The website is a scam. I didn't realise until I googled the address and the phone number. It belongs to other scam websites. I asked for a refund, and it didn't come through. Latest status 29/1/2026I wrote again to customer service (4th time) and finally the refund initiated. It is still being processed, so I will see through it that it happens.Final status 31/1/2026Finally the refund came through after multiple chats with an agent.

It took a little, before my order arrivedEven I had to pay a tiny amount in customs, I'm happy with the delivery. NineLife reimbursed my what I had to pay additionally in customs clearance
