Ordered a product. Taking over a month to deliver. Not a difficult product to ship (vitamins) and there is no issue on customs etc. No reasons given and poor communication overall. I believe that the company is based in India which reflects that this is NOT a Hong Kong company Look forward to hearing from you on this message stream.
