Placed an order 3 weeks ago, no updates on shipping. When chased gave an estimated delivery date of 10 April (which has come and passed), no proactive messaging despite missing the deadline. Emailed again - response is “just checking”.

Never know about grounding until my friend introduced. After using, I experienced something is working behind. I felt part of my neck pain and frequent leg cramps improved. Even bad sleep seems better too! Now, I think I can't sleep without it!
Ordered a product. Taking over a month to deliver. Not a difficult product to ship (vitamins) and there is no issue on customs etc. No reasons given and poor communication overall. I believe that the company is based in India which reflects that this is NOT a Hong Kong company Look forward to hearing from you on this message stream. If you are that confident - you should have nothing to hide The fact that i have received no email, despite your response, reflects my original position
