SUPER DELAYED ITEMS USING DHL PARCEL!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS ON TIME!!!! I Ordered chest support in Feb 9 2023 until no Mar 7 2023 the shipment is still in US. The delivery is not clear that they will use DHL PARCEL not the DHL Express which you will never know when is the estimated delivery since it will wait until the aircraft carrier will depart they will wait until the cargo is full. my purchase is useless since its for medical use... they reply to you a general phrase of 7-10 working days! which is very impossible.
