From my very first consultation, Deren made the entire process feel clear, calm and well-explained. I’ll admit I initially felt anxious about the shaving stage, but the team reassured me with such patience and confidence that I felt fully supported throughout. During the temporary phase, I realised I preferred a more natural look over the Hollywood style, and they listened carefully, made the necessary refinements, and truly respected my vision.
