Very poor returns process. Be very careful of your purchase as sizing descriptions aren’t always great and the returns process is awful. No returns labels or details with goods. Charge for returns or offer a gift voucher but only when they inspect returns (goodness knows when) and complicated printing and returns process. I’m very upset I bought 2 trousers and ticked gift as now feel quite robbed as don’t want to shop with them again.
