Immense gratitude for Ninepine's excellent customer service (and a caution to others in US regarding tariff issues). After placing my order, I received a shipping notice from Ninepine - and then a notice from UPS that tariffs were due which I would have to pay myself before the item was released for delivery. I contacted Ninepine to inquire and within 12 hours they had contacted the carrier and resolved the issue at no cost to me, including proof of resolution with the carrier that all tarriffs were paid. Ninepine was easy to contact (email) and I was dealing with a real person whom I could contact directly. So, my pants are on the way (Asana, my second pair - know I will love them). Trust Ninepine, and if you encounter any issues with tariffs contact them right away.
