This is the worst experience I've ever had online. It feels like they handle complaints all at once instead of addressing them individually. I ordered on the 27th of November 2025, and now it's the 13th of January 2026 with no resolution. Their response time is weeks long, and at this point, I don't even want my item anymore due to all the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this company.
