I have now purchased three pieces from NinetwoFive, and I am beyond impressed. My collection includes the Turath - Sterling Silver Byzantine Kings Bracelet (5mm) and the Mirza - Sterling Silver Braided Bracelet (7mm), and they are, quite simply, spectacular. The quality of the sterling silver is exceptional, and the intricate designs make them a joy to wear every day.
However, what truly sets this company apart is how they handle their customers. Unfortunately, I recently lost one of my two bracelets. When I reached out, Irena from the support department stepped in and was absolutely outstanding. She went the "extra mile" by helping me create a tailor-made solution for my next piece, ensuring I won’t have to worry about losing it again in the future.
It is rare to find a brand that is so genuinely committed to its clientele. I cannot recommend NinetwoFive highly enough,firstly for their breathtaking collection, and secondly for an after-sales service that is second to none.

The quality of the product is very poor.
I returned my item because the engraving was of very poor quality, so they agreed to redo it on a larger sized bracelet but instead have just returned the original bracelet. 😡

I ordered on the 27th of November 2025, and now it's the 13th of January 2026 with no resolution. Their response time is weeks long, and at this point, I don't even want my item anymore due to all the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this company.

When you leave a negative review, the representative responds as if they are eager to resolve your issue, but it's merely for show. There is no genuine intention behind it. The customer service experience here is truly disappointing. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
I reached out weeks ago about a faulty product I wanted to exchange. They sent a link for the exchange, but it didn't work. I've emailed them three times since then and haven't heard back since December 29th. Use this company at your own risk; they struggle to provide decent customer service for faulty products.
