Excellent customer service when I made an error with a slightly incorrect postcode which would of resulted in my delivery going to a wrong address. My items were already out for delivery but Adam kept in touch to make sure I was able to rectify the issue with DPD, even speaking to them himself when I wasn’t having much luck and passing on some good advice. Oh and not forgetting, absolutely stunning bracelets too. Will definitely use Ninetwofive again.
