This has been the most disappointing experience I've had with an online service. It feels like they handle complaints in bulk rather than addressing them individually, making it seem like my inquiries are pushed to the back of the line instead of being treated as urgent. I placed my order on November 27, 2025, and as of January 13, 2026, I'm still waiting for a response. The delays have been frustrating, and at this point, I no longer even want the item due to the hassle involved. I would strongly advise against using this service.
