I have attempted to order a foodie 8 in 1 slow cooker 3 times from Ninja. Each time I get the confirmation email for my order and then 2 days later they cancel the order. No explanation of why.
I called customer service they put the order through again and again it got cancelled
I attempted to go via customer service again and they refused and also refused to honor my discount codes. They then sent an email instructing me to try and alternative store like Argos!!
An awful customer service experience and unfortunately after 4 attempts I'm still without a slow cooker.
I would never buy from them again.
