My son purchased a Ninja Chopper for me as a gift barely 6 months ago which recently burst into flames.
When he contacted Ninja re what they would offer they basically don’t want to know unless I return the burnt out piece. This apparently is because they sell refurbed parts. I for one wouldn’t want a refurbished burnt out item which is used for food preparation.
Thanks Ninja for 0* customer service.

Excellent customer service, the best i have had for a long time. I had a crack in part of my soup maker/blender. I rang customer service for help and the part arrived next day. The call to them was answered within a few minutes and was resolved by a very pleasant and efficient customer advisor.

As we bought directly from Ninja themselves the warranty was automatically instigated so no need to register anything. The product is wonderful although we haven’t explored all the functions yet. Love it so far

Wow what a joke. I placed an order 3 times now they took about £700 each time and cancelled the orders with no explanation. Make you wait up to 10 working days for the refund. Begin to think that the website is a con. Shameful Ninja. Shocking way to run a company.
NOTE TO NINJA
I checked ALL billing information,addresses and everything was the same and correct as I was already advised to do this by customer support. You will be able to see this if you looked at the order.

I have attempted to order a foodie 8 in 1 slow cooker 3 times from Ninja. Each time I get the confirmation email for my order and then 2 days later they cancel the order. No explanation of why.
I called customer service they put the order through again and again it got cancelled

I attempted to go via customer service again and they refused and also refused to honor my discount codes. They then sent an email instructing me to try and alternative store like Argos!!

An awful customer service experience and unfortunately after 4 attempts I'm still without a slow cooker.

I would never buy from them again.
