First, let me say that Ninja Kitchen .co.uk are NOT the problem. It is their idiotic decision to appoint Evri (formerly Hermes) as their delivery company. We all know about Evri, else you can check them out on Trustpilot. So, how about Ninja Kitchen? Well, Ninja and Shark are rated as prestige products, so you've a right to expect good customer service. That is what I – eventually – received. Problem was that Evri kept messing things up, and Ninja's own customer services people are only set up to deal with routine run-of-the-mill customer enquiries. So let's not blame Ninja.I had placed my order part way through Black Friday week, so the promise of next-day delivery was somewhat ambitious (especially with Evri involved 🙄), plus I also threw them a curved ball by cancelling. As a result of the Black Friday madness and my cancelling, I was left feeling disappointed. Then I decided that I still wanted a quality Air Fryer, so it was time to escalate my problem to someone more senior than basic call centre operators. Getting through to a manager was such a relief. It really wasn't fair to expect the first level call centre team to untangle what had become a horrible mess. The manager was superb. He listened to what I had to say. Took a few minutes to check what I'd told him, then he ensured I got the Ninja Air Fryer and left me feeling that I am a valued customer. I am now thinking to look at other Ninja Kitchen products. Just be aware that buying direct involves Evri, so Amazon is a safer bet. Next time I'll try to order through Amazon, unless Ninja direct offers a choice of delivery courier. Thank you, Ninja Kitchen, RickOrder # 101010409488 = Happy Customer 👍
