Very poor customer service. Each time I contacted them, a different person replied, and I constantly had to repeat the same information. I reached out because a part was missing, which meant I could not use 2 out of the 3 components. I was then told the part was unavailable and was offered a replacement appliance instead. They asked me to cut the cord of my new robot and send photos as proof. After I did this, they stopped responding, and I was forced to throw away an appliance that was still working, missing only one small part. This will be the last time I purchase a Ninja appliance.
I placed an order on Nov 30, 2025, and it is currently stuck at an airport facility due to domestic shipping issues. The support team has been completely ineffective in assisting me with a product that their shipping partner has apparently lost. I've been passed around between phone calls and representatives, and I've been waiting for an escalation in support for the last 10 days. A straightforward solution would be to send me a replacement shipment and resolve the issues with the shipping partner on their end. Naturally, I have to initiate contact with the company, as they never follow up with updates.
I bought a Ninja Crispi recently and had to return the first unit due to noticeable damage and scratches. The replacement also has similar issues, albeit not as severe. The overall build quality feels lacking, especially for such a pricey item. Based on my experience, I would advise against buying Ninja products. A new item should arrive in perfect condition.
We will never buy any of your products again. The pans flaked and were a waste of money. To make things worse, the flaking made my wife sick. What a waste of money and space in our kitchen. We have a ton of your products that we will never use again.
Avoid this scam company.Avoid...I ordered a Ninja Slushi during the Australian Black Friday sales on 28 November. After paying, I received zero delivery information. I emailed customer support on 3 December asking for an update. Six days passed with no response. When I finally phoned customer service, I was bluntly told not to expect delivery until the New Year. Completely unacceptable. This company is clearly taking orders without having stock, then failing to inform customers. It feels like false advertising and a misleading sales tactic, designed to secure pre-Christmas orders with no intention or ability to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.Customer service is non-existent, communication is abysmal, and the entire experience has been frustrating and deceptive. An ACCC complaint will follow. As a side note, we also own the Ninja Café Deluxe coffee machine — and it’s terrible. It feels cheap and plastic, wastes water, and can’t even make two coffees at the same time. We regret buying it and won’t be purchasing from Ninja again.
Stay away from this deceptive company. I placed an order for a product during the Australian Black Friday sales on 28 November. After completing my payment, I received no delivery details. I reached out to the support team on 3 December for an update, but six days went by with no reply. When I finally called customer service, I was told not to expect my order until the New Year. This is completely unacceptable. This company appears to be taking orders without having the necessary stock and fails to keep customers informed. It feels like a case of false advertising aimed at securing pre-Christmas sales without the capability to deliver in a timely manner. Customer service is lacking, communication is poor, and the entire experience has been frustrating and misleading. I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Additionally, we also own another product from this brand — and it has proven to be disappointing. It feels low-quality, wastes water, and struggles to make two drinks simultaneously. We regret our purchase and will not be buying from this brand again.
Hi, I bought a few items from Ninja online store but returned a toaster that to be honest was good until it wasn’t, few weeks and it started to have issues with heating element, anyways had to return it and did not want a replacement as for over £100 I’m sure I can get a decent toaster that’s reliable. So ! Asked for a return and I thought I had stolen something the way they went on, needs the original box, you need to take it to your local post shop, once they get it back and examine the toaster for what I don’t know? They will be in contact and arrange a replacement or refund, told them just to refund me, wow ! That didn’t go down to well and they began making things even worse with more questions, I thought I had honestly destroyed the name ninja and they weren’t to happy about it.Overall the customer service is very poor, more robotic, you would think with the money you pay out for their merchandise they would have a better understanding.Still waiting on a refund 🙄
First, let me say that Ninja Kitchen .co.uk are NOT the problem. It is their idiotic decision to appoint Evri (formerly Hermes) as their delivery company. We all know about Evri, else you can check them out on Trustpilot. So, how about Ninja Kitchen? Well, Ninja and Shark are rated as prestige products, so you've a right to expect good customer service. That is what I – eventually – received. Problem was that Evri kept messing things up, and Ninja's own customer services people are only set up to deal with routine run-of-the-mill customer enquiries. So let's not blame Ninja.I had placed my order part way through Black Friday week, so the promise of next-day delivery was somewhat ambitious (especially with Evri involved 🙄), plus I also threw them a curved ball by cancelling. As a result of the Black Friday madness and my cancelling, I was left feeling disappointed. Then I decided that I still wanted a quality Air Fryer, so it was time to escalate my problem to someone more senior than basic call centre operators. Getting through to a manager was such a relief. It really wasn't fair to expect the first level call centre team to untangle what had become a horrible mess. The manager was superb. He listened to what I had to say. Took a few minutes to check what I'd told him, then he ensured I got the Ninja Air Fryer and left me feeling that I am a valued customer. I am now thinking to look at other Ninja Kitchen products. Just be aware that buying direct involves Evri, so Amazon is a safer bet. Next time I'll try to order through Amazon, unless Ninja direct offers a choice of delivery courier. Thank you, Ninja Kitchen, RickOrder # 101010409488 = Happy Customer 👍
Went through 1 thirsti, one side didn’t work, got a replacement now the 2nd one same issue. There is no warranty as it was replaced through them. So 2 thirsti’s in under two years. I’m beginning to think they make crap product that dies just after warranty. You spend a lot on these products, they should be made better and last longer. Just a gimmick!!!!!
