Stay away from this deceptive company. I placed an order for a product during the Australian Black Friday sales on 28 November. After completing my payment, I received no delivery details. I reached out to the support team on 3 December for an update, but six days went by with no reply. When I finally called customer service, I was told not to expect my order until the New Year. This is completely unacceptable. This company appears to be taking orders without having the necessary stock and fails to keep customers informed. It feels like a case of false advertising aimed at securing pre-Christmas sales without the capability to deliver in a timely manner. Customer service is lacking, communication is poor, and the entire experience has been frustrating and misleading. I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Additionally, we also own another product from this brand — and it has proven to be disappointing. It feels low-quality, wastes water, and struggles to make two drinks simultaneously. We regret our purchase and will not be buying from this brand again.
